He does this through executive and business coaching, The ThinkTank Summit:Leaders Forum in which groups of not more than ten leaders meet monthly, delivering seminars and keynotes addresses.

Typically coaching clients work with him three times monthly for a minimum period of six months and meetings are either by phone or face-to-face.
